We build software that treats a building as one system, because that is what it actually is to the people who occupy, own, and operate it. Every feature in xSERVA exists to close a gap between systems that were never designed to talk to each other — protocol integration, AI-driven insight, energy optimization, and security, all running on the same unified data instead of four disconnected products.

How we work

VYROX works directly with the people who specify, install, and operate building systems — property developers and architects at design stage, system integrators during deployment, and building owners and facilities teams for the life of the system afterward. That direct relationship, rather than layers of reseller and channel, is why demos and support run through a real conversation instead of a support ticket queue.

Why VYROX built xSERVA

Before xSERVA, the VYROX team spent years on the other side of the table — specifying, integrating, and operating the exact kind of fragmented systems xSERVA now replaces. That experience is what shaped the product: features exist because a real deployment needed them, not because a roadmap called for a checkbox. Protocol support, AI-driven maintenance flags, and OT-specific security were all built in response to problems seen firsthand on real buildings, not requested from a distance.

That background also shapes how VYROX engages with customers.
