One Reader Family, Door to Lift to Visitor Desk
UltraPASS readers cover doors, faces, vehicles and biometrics. SuperPASS covers lifts and visitors. Every reader decides at the edge and is managed from one xSERVA console.

UltraPASS-Door
The multi-credential door panel. NFC and MIFARE, HID and proximity cards, BLE, dynamic QR, barcode and PIN in one unit, with the relay wired straight to the lock.
Best for: Offices, apartments, back-of-house doors and existing card estates

UltraPASS-Face
Face recognition at the door, matched on the device. Works with masks, works in the dark, and works with the internet down.
Best for: Staff entrances, lobbies, turnstiles and any door where hands are full

UltraPASS-Vehicle
AI plate recognition for barriers and gates. Reads the plate on approach and clears the vehicle against the same access list as every door.
Best for: Car-park barriers, gated communities, loading bays and fleet yards

UltraPASS-Bio
Fingerprint and palm-vein entry for the doors that need a non-transferable credential and a defensible audit trail.
Best for: Server rooms, cash rooms, pharmacies and any door with an audit duty

SuperPASS-Lift
Destination control in the lift lobby. A scan or a tap calls the car and releases only the floors that holder is entitled to reach.
Best for: Towers, hotels, hospitals and mixed-use buildings

SuperPASS-Visitor
Visitor management from pre-registration to sign-out, a dynamic QR sent ahead by WhatsApp, a host notification on arrival, and an on-site roll call that is always current.
Best for: Reception desks, guardhouses, events and contractor gates

Hardware Questions
What is the difference between UltraPASS and SuperPASS?
UltraPASS covers the readers at a door or a barrier: door panel, face, vehicle and biometric. SuperPASS covers the experiences built on top, lift destination control and visitor management. All share one console and one access list.
Do I need to replace my locks and turnstiles?
Usually not. The reader's relay is wired to the lock, turnstile or barrier you already have, and relay behaviour and unlock time are configured from the console.
Do the readers work if the network is down?
Yes. Every reader holds its own copy of the access list and decides locally, then uploads events in order when the link returns.
How are readers installed?
Mount, wire the relay, connect power and a network, and pair to your workspace. Readers dial out, so no router change or static IP is needed.
