Access Control for Offices
xSERVA for offices replaces badge queues with hands-free entry on face or phone, controls lifts by entitlement, pre-registers visitors and gives security one audit trail for every door.

What Goes Wrong Without Smart Access Control
Morning Peak Queues
Face and BLE clear a turnstile in under a second, so the lobby never backs up.
Tenants on the Wrong Floors
Lift destination control only offers the floors each person is entitled to reach.
Visitors at Reception
Hosts pre-register guests, who arrive to a QR and a badge, and the host is notified on arrival.
What We Would Put on Your Doors
- Face or BLE at turnstiles
- SuperPASS-Lift destination control
- SuperPASS-Visitor at reception
- Cards kept for staff who prefer them
- Tailgating detection at the speed gates
Outcomes You Can Expect
- Shorter morning queues
- Contractors limited to the floors and hours they need
- Tailgating alerts tied to the door event
Questions from Offices
Can we keep the cards staff already hold?
In most cases yes. The reader speaks MIFARE, DESFire, HID and proximity formats and can match your old UID encoding, so nobody is re-badged on day one.
Does it work across several floors or buildings?
Yes. One site hierarchy covers a portfolio, and access grants are made against sites and inherit downwards.
How are contractors handled?
Build a pass type once, such as weekdays 08:00 to 18:00 on the ground floor and plant room, and issue it as a QR or card to every contractor.
